Ben has significant experience handling complex commercial litigation, both in the courts and via international arbitration. Over the past decade, his focus on technology-related disputes has led him to develop a specialism in blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies, including acting for period as Head of Legal for a major cryptocurrency exchange. He now advises a wide range of participants in the cryptocurrency sector globally, and in the tech industry more generally, with a focus on regulation and licensing and handling disputes.
Ben has assisted numerous clients from Mainland China in their cross-border business operations and dispute resolution in the Asia-Pacific region.
Ben is the author of a 70,000-word chapter on Cyber Law in Chitty on Contracts (Hong Kong Specific Contracts).
