Bronson specializes in commercial litigation with particular focus on debt recovery, insolvency/bankruptcy and restructuring disputes, shareholders’ disputes, contractual disputes, frauds and asset recovery, employment-related claims, contentious trust and probate disputes.

Bronson also specializes in handling shipping, logistics and criminal litigation, with particular emphasis on bills of lading/air waybills disputes, cargo claims, and investigations by the Hong Kong Police Force, the Customs & Excise Department and the Labour Department.
