Cheeno has established a solid background in both business and law, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Applied Business Management from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Laws from BPP Law School, now known as BPP University, in the UK. He further enhanced his legal knowledge by earning a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Combining his education with years of experience in private practice and in-house experience at a multinational sports company, Cheeno has developed a skill set that merges business insight with legal proficiency. Based in Hong Kong, he focuses on providing legal services in litigation, including civil, commercial, and criminal cases, as well as handling matrimonial issues and property conflicts. His practice extends to intellectual property law, utilizing his background in IP brand protection, and he also drafts wills and provides civil celebrant services. Additionally, as an accredited Family Mediator by HKMAAL, Cheeno offers family mediation services.
