Driven by a keen interest in law, Chi Hang pursued further studies to expand his legal knowledge and skills. He obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Law, followed by a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The University of Hong Kong. These qualifications provided him with a solid foundation in legal principles and procedures.
